JAKUB REBELKA – Illustrator, comic book author, painter. His murals and frescoes can be found in the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the National Theater in Warsaw and others. He has exhibited his painting and comic book works in France, Canada, Germany and Japan.
Author of the series on “Doctor Bryan” and “Ester Klemens”, he has published in many Polish magazines. Together with screenwriter Yohan Radomski, he published the comic book “La Cite des Chiens” (City of Dogs) in France. For the BOOM!Studio publishing house, he created the “Namesake” comic book series in the US with screenwriter Steve Orlando and the “Judas” series with Jeff Loveness. Author of many projects for the computer games and RPG ( CD Projekt, Hex Entertainment, Wako Factory, Flying Wild Hog). Also published on the Polish market “Genesis” (screenplay by Clay Chapman, color by Patricio Delpeche) and “Dune. Tales from Arrakin”. This year’s MFKIG will see the premiere of his album created for Roumald Giulivo’s screenplay, “Le Dernier Jour de Lovecraft” (H.P. Lovecraft’s Last Days).
