Kamila Król – illustrates and creates comics in a small studio in Wales. She looks for inspiration in dreams, folklore and Slavic folklore. She made her debut with the comic strip “Rusalka – Part 1,” which was awarded the Orient Men (Debut, 2021) and the Golden Chicken Award in the Debut and Comics categories (2021). Her short comics can be found in the anthologies “In Her Own Voice,” “Let Her Be Evil” and “Boxes #2.” “Whispers of the Forest,” which unfolds the story of Rusalka, won the Broken Frontier award in the Breakout Talent category (2023).
