Marek Oleksicki (born 1979) – graduated from the Faculty of Graphics at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He works in advertisement industry and as an illustrator, poster designer and comic book artist. He published three comic books with his drawings: Odmieniec: Trzy, Ursynowska specgrupa od rozwałki. Metametal and Bradl. His works were also featured in Warsaw Uprising comics anthology – Powstanie ’44. He mostly works for international publishers. His most recognized comics are Frankenstein’s Womb (wrutten by Warren Ellis), 28 Days Later (written by Michael Alan Nelson), as well as The Darkness: Close Your Eyes and a renown series Zero (written by Ales Kot).
