Short comic story competition – edition 2020
We are announcing next edition of short comic story competition! We are waiting for works up to 8 pages in A4 or A5 format between June 1st and July 31st to be sent to our new address. Rules of the competition and application form can be downloaded HERE.
International short comic story competition has been a point of interest both to recognized comic book authors and debuting creators, for whom winning the competition often means their first steps in the comic book world. Among winners of the competition you can find currently renown artists and writers: Gawronkiewicz, Truściński, Ostrowski, Kiełbus, Sztybor, Janusz, Leśniak, Skarżycki, Frąś, Kołomycka, Glaza, Odya. Each year the competition gathers more than 150 authors from more than a dozen countries from all over the world. Each year International Festival of Comics and Games in Lodz exhibits the sent works, as well as publishes a catalogue of the best entries, including the ones awarded during the festival gala.
